Terms and Conditions

The ground rules for using this website — what we promise, what we do not, and how to reach us. Written in plain language, not legal jargon.

  1. Acceptance of these terms

By visiting and using this website, you agree to these terms of use. If you do not agree with them, please do not use the site.

  2. About this website

This website is informational. It describes who we are and the services we offer. Nothing on it is a binding offer, and browsing the site does not create a client relationship between you and Adverito.

A client relationship begins only when we agree to work together on a specific project, in writing.

  3. Service engagements

Every project is different. The scope, timeline, deliverables and fees for any work you hire us for are agreed separately with you in writing, per project, before that work starts.

These terms govern your use of the website only. They do not replace or override the contract we agree for a particular project — that contract governs the work itself. To start a conversation, see our contact page.

  4. Intellectual property

Unless we say otherwise, the content, design, text, graphics and code on this website belong to Adverito. You may view it for your own use, but you may not copy, reproduce, republish or distribute it without our written permission.

Some assets on the site — fonts, images, icons and software libraries — belong to their respective owners and remain subject to their own licences.

For client work, ownership of and rights to the deliverables transfer as set out in the project contract for that job.

  5. Accuracy of information

We write the content on this site in good faith and review it regularly. However, we make no warranty or guarantee that it is complete, error-free or current at every moment, and it is not professional advice for your specific situation.

To be plain about it: we do not guarantee any specific search ranking, website traffic, number of leads, conversion rate or business result. Outcomes depend on many factors outside a single website or campaign — your market, your budget, your competition and how the work is implemented all matter.

Any results or examples mentioned on this site describe particular past situations only. They are not a promise that you will get the same results.

  6. External links

This site links to other websites — for example WhatsApp, LinkedIn and Instagram. Those sites are not under our control, and we are not responsible for their content, availability or privacy practices. A link does not mean we endorse everything on that site.

  7. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, Adverito is not liable for any loss or damage arising from your use of this website or from reliance on its content — including loss of data, profit, business or goodwill.

Nothing in these terms limits or excludes liability that cannot be limited or excluded under the laws of India.

  8. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute arising out of or relating to them will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in Kerala, India.

  9. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Changes take effect when they are posted on this page, and the last-updated date at the top shows which version you are reading. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the updated terms.

How we handle your information is described in our privacy policy.

  10. Contact

Questions about these terms? Email info@adveritodigital.com or message us on WhatsApp at +91 7736516031.
